What Is A Negative Pressure Drainage Device?
In clinic, negative pressure drainage device is also called suction bottle. Generally, it is used in wards, mainly for the discharge of sputum, medical drainage, as well as the discharge of dirty blood and secretions.
The negative pressure drainage device generates negative pressure in the cavity of the human body by using the principle of vacuum operation, so as to guide the liquid in the cavity and play its role in sewage discharge and purification.
The negative pressure suction device is mainly composed of three important parts: hose, liquid collecting bottle and pressure regulator. There are two hose connection ports on the liquid collecting bottle, one of which is connected to the working chamber, and the other is connected to the negative pressure terminal. When it is connected to the negative pressure terminal, negative air pressure will be generated in the collecting bottle, so that this negative pressure will lead sputum, secretions or contaminated blood to the collecting bottle through the drainage of another hose. When the liquid in the liquid collecting bottle reaches a certain height, the stop valve on the liquid collecting bottle cap will cut off the liquid flowing into the pipeline and stop working, so as to prevent the liquid in the liquid collecting bottle from flowing out.
